Bug Fixes
As always, this release includes important security and technology upgrades, along with fixes to enhance reliability:
- Global Search for CIPO Documents: Easily search for key terms across CIPO documents, including main fields, workflow activities, and attachment file names, streamlining document navigation. Search one project or across all projects assigned to you.
- Easier Content Sharing: To enhance collaboration efficiency, you can now share Project Folders or Project Files paths via email links. Simply copy the path and share!
- Built-in Media Playback: You can play video (MP4) and audio (MP3) files directly within CIPO without needing external applications or downloading files.
- Photo Metadata: The date a photo was taken is now available in Project Files, helping teams accurately track and verify image timestamps and GIS coordinates.
- Enhanced Reporting Capabilities: CIPO now supports Power BI Paginated Reports, allowing for printer-friendly, multi-page reports that improve project documentation. We basically pretty up PDF and printable reports.
- Progress Payment Enhancements: When payments are allowed to exceed 100%, they are now clearly highlighted in the Progress Payment module for better financial oversight.
- Progress Payment Setting Update: The Progress Payment setting has been relocated to Module Relation Settings for a more intuitive configuration experience.
- Consistent Date Display: The “Closed On,” “Submitted On,” and “Updated On” columns are now standardized as date fields in data lists following your Tenant date format setting.
- Payment Adjustments: Resolved issues with revision drafts that occurred after partial payments, as well as adjustments being moved to different periods.
- Contract Navigation Fix: Selecting a contract through a link now properly updates the intended contract.
- Email Content Rendering: Fixed an issue where CIPO documents generated from Apple Mail HTML content were not displaying correctly.
- Field Display Enhancements: Spellcheck errors no longer appear in view mode, and sync destination folders now correctly handle prefixes and suffixes in text and number fields.
