Experience a new feature in action
This short video walkthrough highlights the Multiple Schedules of Values (SOVs), a powerful new feature in CIPO Release 3.4.3. You will see how users can create more than one SOV for the same contract, import data from Excel, or generate SOVs from a Work Breakdown Structure (eg, Primavera cost-loaded XER file). The walkthrough also demonstrates how to link progress payments to the corresponding SOV, utilizing CIPO’s filters and dynamic data lists for easy tracking and organization of payments across multiple schedules.
This feature is particularly beneficial for Project Managers and Finance teams who are managing complex contracts with multiple funding sources. It helps keep payments organized, enhances visibility, and provides users with better control over managing contract values.
