- In-App Version Notifications: Users are now notified directly within CIPO when a new version becomes available paving the way for real-time in-app notifications.
- Enhanced Global Search: The search function now includes attachment file names and notes, providing faster and more complete search results.
- Extended Read-Group Permission: Users can be restricted to only view documents their Group/Role have an actionable item.
- Assign to Manager Improvements: Documents can now be automatically assigned directly to the requestor’s manager or supervisor without manual intervention.
- Attachment Size Limit: The size limit for Correspondence attachments is set to 20 MB to ensure reliable delivery.
- Single SOV Linking for Adjustments: Adjustments are now linked to a single SOV when multiple SOVs exist per contract.
- View Excluded Roles Permission: Users can now identify which roles are excluded from a transition.
- SOV & Progress Payment Data List Enhancements: There are improved options for downloading, printing, or performing actions on multiple documents.
- New Payment-Related Printout Variables: Available for projects with multiple SOVs under a single contract.
- Improved Document Renumbering: Document numbering is now handled more smoothly when Presets are present.
- Preset and In-Approval Documents: Fixed an issue where documents in these statuses were not displaying correctly in the download/print log.
- Email Update Links: Resolved a problem where incorrect links were sent after a user changed their email address.
- Login Redirect: Fixed a bug that occasionally redirected users back to the login page immediately after signing in.
- Progress Payment Sorting: Schedule of Values (SOV) items now sort correctly by line number in the Progress Payment module.
- Large File Downloads: Resolved issues with failed downloads for video attachments larger than 100 MB.
- Correspondence Timestamps: Fixed incorrect timestamps being applied to Correspondence items.
- Dashboard Document Count: Fixed mismatched document counts displayed on the Dashboard.
