We’re excited to introduce the latest updates with CIPO Release 3.3.9! This release brings new features and enhancements designed to make project management even more efficient and user-friendly. Here’s what’s new:

Bug Fixes
We tackled a few pesky bugs to enhance your experience and keep everything running smoothly.
- You can now add notes to files that are attached to CIPO documents.
- New color codes are on the data list, visually marking near-due and overdue documents.
- The “Tasks” widget on the Dashboard includes an option to display items for all assigned Contracts.
- When the “preferred value” (“final response”) option is checked in the workflow, that activity becomes visible to everyone, including excluded roles.
- Only relevant notification types are now available to select in the workflow configuration.
- Documents archive (bulk download of CIPO documents and their attachments) is now called “Export Data“
- The SOV Items list includes the unit type.
- Added totals to the “Payment percent” and “Paid percent” values on the Pay Estimate.
- In the “Adjustments” section in Pay Estimate, there is now an option to auto-fill the Amount column with the released amount.
- The new “Mine” quick filter on the data list displays documents created by or assigned to the logged in user.
- The “Default Payment Mode” tenant setting enables CIPO Admins to select an amount, percentage, or quantity as the default payment mode in Pay Estimate.
- A message is displayed when a user tries to open a document they don’t have permission to access via a link.
- Hovering over the text on the data list shows the whole text again.
- Fixed an issue where new dates couldn’t be added to the Holidays module.
- Fixed an issue where changing the date connected to a Weather field would clear the data in the weather table.
- Updating a date field when the Tenant time zone differs from the user time zone now saves the correct value.
- Improved the message displayed when other drafts are open on the SOV and Pay Estimate modules.
