New features that streamline document oversight, strengthen SOV and payment management, and improve the user experience for project teams and admins.
Fixes & Reliability updates
Bug fixes and stability improvements to ensure smoother performance, stability, and data consistency across modules.
- Tailored Reminders: Admins can now configure customized reminders for upcoming or overdue documents. These notifications can be adjusted in terms of content and frequency and targeted to specific roles within selected modules, ensuring the right people are alerted when action is needed.
- Redesigned My Profile Page: The My Profile page has been refreshed with a modernized interface for an improved user experience.
- WBS Structure for SOV and Progress Payment: Items in the Schedule of Values (SOV) and Progress Payment sections are now displayed in a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) format when the SOV is created from a Primavera or MS Project cost-loaded schedule.
- Improved Attachment Management: New options let you manage attachments directly within the notes window, making it easier to locate and access relevant information.
- Document Assignment to Managers: Users can now assign documents directly to their managers using a configurable dynamic setting.
- Dashboard Module Remembrance: The Dashboard now remembers the last selected module for each user.
- Automatic Scroll for Comments: When working with documents containing extensive information, the system now automatically scrolls to the top when adding a comment for faster input.
- Settings Tab Clarifications: Minor changes on the Contract Settings tab for improved clarity.
- SOV Creation: Fixed issues with creating SOVs from Excel imports.
- Dashboard Modules: Fixed an issue where system modules were incorrectly displayed on the Dashboard.
- Email Activity Duplication: Resolved an issue where documents generated from email were duplicated in the Dashboard’s Activity feed.
- Progress Payment Handling: Improved handling of draft and revision states for Progress Payments in contracts with multiple SOVs.
- Contract Switching: Removed unnecessary data list reloads when switching between contracts for non–per-contract modules.
- Correspondence Dates: Fixed an “invalid date” issue appearing in Correspondence items when using Safari.
