  • New Document Detail Appearance Across Dynamic Modules: Launched the new Document Detail appearance across dynamic modules, delivering a more modern navigation experience when configuring forms.
  • Document Activity Navigation: Users can now navigate directly to a specific activity within a document, enabling faster access to relevant workflow history.
  • Data List Aggregate Label Update: The “SUM” aggregate label has been renamed to “TOTAL” to improve clarity and readability in data lists.
  • Address Field Type: A new Address field type can now be used in any module, allowing teams to capture and manage location data more consistently.
  • Multiple Contract Addresses: Contracts now support multiple addresses, providing additional flexibility for projects spanning multiple locations.
  • Weather Data Improvements: Weather data is now based on contract addresses rather than ZIP codes, with optimized collection for improved accuracy and performance.
  • Active Roles System List: Added a new system list that displays all active roles configured within each tenant.
  • Dashboard To-Do Sorting: Dashboard To-Do items are now automatically sorted with overdue items appearing first for improved visibility.
  • Module Navigation Memory: The system now remembers the last visited module for each user, helping teams return quickly to their previous workspace.
  • Cleaner Workflow Activity View: Empty fields are no longer displayed in document activity during workflow transitions, improving readability.
  • Draft Document Management: Users can now delete their own draft documents.
  • Holidays Module Validation: Entries in the Holidays module are now unique by name and date to prevent duplicate records.
  • SOV Start Screen Improvements: Introduced a new SOV start screen and transition flow to improve the Schedule of Values setup experience.
  • Multiple SOV Start Screens: Organizations can now configure multiple SOV start screens, data lists, and related data lists to support different contract workflows.
  • Module Relationship Fix: Fixed issues with relationships between modules per contract and modules not configured per contract.
  • User Profile Save Issue: Resolved an issue preventing the Save button from enabling within user profiles.
  • Read Own Permission Fix: Corrected a bug preventing users with Read Own permissions from viewing documents assigned to them.
  • Workflow Attachment Display: Fixed an issue where attachments did not appear during workflow transitions.
  • Contract Export Accuracy: Corrected inaccuracies in the Contract Export Data output.
  • Data List Filtering Fix: Resolved an issue where filtering by multiple criteria returned incorrect results in data lists.
  • Draft Document Error: Fixed an error that occurred when opening drafts in Project and Program modules.

CIPO Mobile 1.2.0 expands the ability for teams to manage documents and project information directly from the field.

With this release, users can now:

  • Take actions on documents they are authorized to manage

  • Duplicate documents directly from mobile for faster processing

  • Approve or reject submissions when workflows require draft approvals

  • Submit documents such as Daily Reports, RFIs, Submittals, and Change Order Requests

  • View, edit, and annotate drawings and specifications both online and offline

  • Associate related documents directly from within drawings or specifications
