- Auto-Save Drafts: Draft documents now save automatically—no more losing progress. Ask your CIPO admin to enable as required.
- Multi-Level Related Lists: Entering project data is now easier and more accurate with nested list options.
- Faster Modules View: The Modules data list has been upgraded for improved speed and usability.
- Dashboard Update:The “Tasks” section is now clearly labeled “To Do”, improving clarity.
- Cleaner Role Experience: Users with multiple roles will no longer be prompted to select a role during every document action.
- Progress Payment Upgrade: A Total Paid column has been added to the Adjustments section for better financial tracking.
- Elevated Role for Admins: A new Elevated (Admin) Role improves security—only elevated users can assign elevated permissions.
- Contract Access Control: New “Read-Own” permission in the Contracts module allows users to view only the contracts they’re assigned to or created.
- PDF Viewer Upgrade: Enjoy a faster, more responsive experience with the upgraded PDF viewer and editor—making it easier to review, mark up, and manage documents directly within CIPO.
- Contract-related data is now hidden from documents in non-contract modules.
- Fixed errors when opening Correspondence items across contracts.
- “Move to Folder” option now available for folders/files in Project Files.
- Improved layout for Card View in Project Files.
- Dashboard now displays properly for users without per-contract modules assigned.
