  • New Document Detail Appearance Across Dynamic Modules: Introduced the updated Document Detail interface across dynamic modules, delivering a cleaner and more modern experience when working with and managing forms in preparation for CIPO AI.
  • Document Activity Navigation: Users can now navigate directly to a specific activity within a document, enabling faster access to relevant workflow history.
  • Data List Aggregate Label Update: The “SUM” aggregate label has been renamed to “TOTAL” to improve clarity and readability in data lists.
  • Address Field Type: A new address field type is now available across modules, enabling teams to capture and manage location data more consistently. The field supports automated address lookup powered by Azure Maps and stores precise latitude and longitude coordinates for improved mapping, reporting, and integration capabilities.
  • Multiple Project Addresses: Projects now support multiple addresses, providing additional flexibility for projects spanning multiple locations.
  • Weather Data Improvements: Weather data is now based on project addresses rather than ZIP codes, with optimized collection for improved accuracy and performance.
  • Active Roles System List: Added a new system list that displays all active roles configured within each tenant.
  • Dashboard To-Do Sorting: Dashboard To-Do items are now automatically sorted with overdue items appearing first for improved visibility.
  • Module Navigation Memory: The system now remembers the last visited module for each user, helping teams return quickly to their previous workspace. On both CIPO Mobile and the Web client.
  • Cleaner Workflow Activity View: Empty fields are no longer displayed in document activity during workflow transitions, improving readability.
  • Draft Document Management: Users can now delete their own draft documents that haven’t entered a workflow.
  • Holidays Module Validation: Entries in the Holidays module are now unique by name and date to prevent duplicates.
  • SOV Start Screen Improvements: Introduced a new SOV start screen and transition flow to improve the Schedule of Values setup experience.
  • Multiple SOV Start Screens: Customers can now configure multiple Schedule of Values (SOV) start screens, data lists, and related data lists to support different project requirements, such as managing pay requests from both contractors and consultants within the same project, or using Bid Items vs Schedule of Value nomenclature.
  • Module Relationship Fix: Fixed issues with relationships between modules per contract and modules not configured per contract.
  • User Profile Save Issue: Resolved an issue preventing the Save button from enabling within user profiles.
  • Read Own Permission Fix: Corrected a bug preventing users with Read Own permissions from viewing documents assigned to them.
  • Workflow Attachment Display: Fixed an issue where attachments did not appear during workflow transitions.
  • Contract Export Accuracy: Corrected inaccuracies in the Contract Export Data output.
  • Data List Filtering Fix: Resolved an issue where filtering by multiple criteria returned incorrect results in data lists.
  • Draft Document Error: Fixed an error that occurred when opening drafts in Project and Program modules.

Version 3.4.5.8 has been released to Prod US and EU on April 27, 2026. It includes:

Fixes

  • Presets: Items marked as used are incorrectly displayed as unused in the data list due to revision numbering inconsistencies.
  • Recurring Retention: Adjustments are not reapplied after rolling back a pay period.
  • Transition Form: A database error occurs when removing a field from the form.
  • DateDiff Function: Fails to calculate the number of days and returns a conversion error.
  • SOV Items: Sorting order is not preserved in the printout.

Version 3.4.5.7 has been released to Prod US and EU on April 16, 2026. It includes:

New Features:

  • SOV Configuration: Added role support to the SOV Items start screen, including validation (e.g., Contractor vs. Consultant).
  • Pay Estimate: Custom SOV Item fields (e.g., text, date) can now be edited directly within the Pay Estimate.
  • Print Variables: Introduced a new variable for displaying preferred values without metadata.
  • Contracts: Payment types can now be configured at the contract level.

  • Deleted attachments are now properly recorded in the Activity tab.
  • Drafts created via Duplicate, Revision, or Rollback now preserve list values correctly.
  • Fixed an issue where the Address map dialog did not open when selecting the Address field.
  • Resolved issues with email actions not executing.
  • Fixed PDF Outline scroll visibility issues in PDF Markup
  • Resolved a rollback issue caused by open Pay Periods belonging to another SOV.
  • Fixed errors when submitting draft Pay Estimates from data lists (bulk and individual).
  • Ensured display type changes are properly applied to form fields.
  • Corrected dropdown rendering issues when fields are positioned at the bottom of the screen.
  • Fixed an issue with Global Search becoming unresponsive after clearing search keywords.
  • Removed redundant ellipsis menus during document transitions.
  • Fixed overlapping Name and Code fields in list item edit modals.
  • Resolved issues where Presets were not reverted correctly after rollback.
  • Fixed creation of empty relation tabs when relation fields were not populated.
  • Fixed missing-field errors when creating forms in the Contracts module.
  • Updated print attachment note font sizing to avoid hardcoded values.
  • Fixed page break issues in print templates.
  • Resolved an issue where the Save button was not enabled after updating Holiday dates.
  • Added a Label field for lists, for easier customization and identification
  • Ensured downloaded Progress Payment documents use unique document numbers.
  • Fixed issues with autosave draft creating duplicate drafts

Version 3.4.5.5 has been released to Prod US & EU on Mar 25, 2026. It includes:

  • Address: Update the display format for full addresses.
  • Signatures: Allow regeneration of multiple signatures for documents.
  • Documents: Download with attachments fails when total attachment size exceeds 100MB.
  • Relations Tab: Not visible to users without “All” assignments.
  • Navigation: Arrows are missing and thumbnail previews fail to load.
  • Attachments: File names are missing and “unknown” icons are displayed incorrectly.
  • Contracts: Updating the contract address is not reflected in the activity log or address list.
  • Document Duplication: Autosave is triggered when duplicating a document with a weather table, even before edits are made.
  • Print: Variable displays an incorrect symbol in the printout.
  • Context: Users cannot select contracts when all assigned contracts are archived or closed.

Version 3.4.5.2 has been released to Prod US & EU on Mar 19, 2026. It includes:

  • Presets [Doc]: Prevent selecting a preset document when creating a standard document.
  • Notifications: Not sent when “Hide roles to notify” is enabled.
  • Attachments: File names are missing and “unknown” icons are displayed incorrectly.

Version 3.4.5.1 has been released to Prod US & EU on Mar 18, 2026. It includes:

  • Print: Update table header color.
    Request for Deviation: Contract Summary amount field does not support decimal (cent) values.
  • Pay Period (PP): Opens in the background when accessed from a relation tab.
  • Weather: Issue observed in Prod EU (KLW environment).
    File Uploads: .dwg files are not permitted.
  • Weather Address: Console error occurs when updating the address within a document.
  • Attachments: Invalid files can be added as additional attachments.

CIPO Mobile 1.4.1 enhances mobile capabilities, enabling teams to manage documents and project information from anywhere.

Download the latest version for  iOS or Android.

With this release, users can now:

  • View Document Activity details (history, comments, transitions, updates, etc.) 
  • Use the Dashboard introduced with To Do items across accessible Contracts
  • Take actions on documents that they are authorized to manage
  • Duplicate documents directly from mobile for faster processing, such as inspection daily reports
  • Approve or reject submissions when workflows require draft approvals
  • Submit documents such as Daily Reports, RFIs, Submittals, Change Order Requests, etc., based on their Role
  • View, edit, and annotate drawings and specifications both online and offline
  • Associate related documents directly from within drawings or specifications
