We are seeking a Customer Success Engineer to enhance the success of CIPO’s customers and drive their overall satisfaction. In this role, you will serve as a product champion for CIPO and act as a subject matter expert throughout the customer journey, from implementation to renewal. Your success will be measured by the customer’s ability to adopt our platform and achieve continuous business improvements from their investment in CIPO.
